How it works

How each door opens.

The space above your opening, called headroom, often decides which door fits.

Show me

Sectional

Hinged panels rise straight up, then slide back along the ceiling on tracks. You can park close to the door, inside and out.

Roller door

One steel curtain rolls up into a drum above the opening, so there are no tracks along the ceiling. It needs about 400 mm above the opening.

Flex‑A‑Door®

A roller curtain on a curving track that lifts to lie flat, close to the ceiling. It fits behind the opening and needs as little as 80 mm above it when opened by hand.

Old tilt door

Swings out over the driveway as it opens, and can blow shut in the wind. Flex‑A‑Door is Garador’s alternative: it fits behind the opening and won’t blow shut.
