Safety beams come with it
Because the door can close with nobody there, New Zealand’s standard has required safety beams on smartphone-controlled openers since December 2020. We fit them as part of the install.

Do I need Wi‑Fi?
The hub connects to your home Wi‑Fi; your phone uses Wi‑Fi or mobile data. Remote control is subject to both being available.
Can other people in the house use it?
Yes. Family members get their own access in the app, and you can see who used the door.
What if the app plays up?
Close and reopen it, toggle Wi‑Fi, restart the hub, and check for app and phone updates. Garador’s guides are in the owner manuals, and we can help by phone.
