Case study · Takapuna
A Camden in Ironsand with windows.
This 1970s brick home sits a few streets back from the beach, and its tilt door was tired. The owners wanted light in a garage that doubles as a workshop. Because the house is a few hundred metres from the sea, we talked through Garador’s coastal advice on window insets before they decided.
